WHAT TO EXPECT

ON FIRST MEETING

Prior to our meeting, you will be sent some forms & questionnaires to fill out. Including a 3 day food diary.

The first meeting is all about me getting to know your health status. What is bothering you at the moment and in the past. I ask in detail about your current and historic health issues. I will also ask about your health goals, and what you would like to achieve. This gives me a full picture to see what may be causing your current symptoms.

I may recommend functional tests. If so, this would be to help find what could be causing an issue, whether they are nutritional deficiencies, or gut imbalances etc. Please note that these need to be paid for by you. I do not profit from these tests, I offer them at practitioner prices.

It takes around 90-120 minutes  and is non-invasive.

Personal naturopathic plans will be sent out via email within 72 hours of meeting. I offer a free phone call to go through any questions that you may have.

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS

Follow up sessions last up to 40 minutes. I review your progress and make adjustments accordingly

These sessions can be as frequent as you would like them to be. I recommend a minimum of 4-8 week intervals, depending on your health goal.
