WHAT TO EXPECT

ON FIRST MEETING

Prior to our meeting, you will be sent some forms & questionnaires to fill out. Including a 3 day food diary.

The first meeting is all about gathering as much health information about you as possible. What is bothering you presently and historically. I ask in detail about your current and past health issues. I will also ask about your health goals, and what you would like to achieve. This gives me a full picture to see what may be causing your current symptoms.

I may recommend functional tests. If so, this would be to find what could be causing an issue, whether they are nutritional deficiencies, or gut or hormonal imbalances etc. Please note that these are private tests and so would be an extra expense. I do find though, that they're not always necessary, though.

The session takes around 90-120 minutes and is non-invasive.

Personal naturopathic plans will be sent out via email within 72 hours of meeting. I offer a free 15 minute phone call to go through any questions that you may have.

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS

Follow up sessions last up to 40 minutes. I review your progress and make adjustments accordingly

These sessions can be as frequent as you would like them to be. However I do recommend at least 2 follow ups as there is no such thing as a quick fix in life. I am realistic about this and aim to educate my clients, I really believe that habit changes should be for life and this needs pacing for it to last. I recommend a minimum of 4-8 week intervals, depending on your health goal.
